My journey in the computer industry really began with running my own business, Ace Computers, operating between Cairns, QLD and Dandenong, VIC. That’s where everything started — working directly with customers, building custom systems, repairing computers, and solving real-world problems day in and day out.

Running Ace Computers wasn’t just about fixing machines — it was about understanding people, managing jobs from start to finish, and building a reputation based on trust. That hands-on experience laid the foundation for everything that came after.

From there, I moved deeper into the industry, working across technical support, warranty services, and distribution. This included working with major distributors such as Synnex and Ingram Micro, giving me a strong understanding of how hardware is sourced, supported, and handled behind the scenes.

Through this, I’ve worked extensively with a wide range of computer hardware brands including ASUS, Gigabyte, EVGA and many others — building, upgrading, and troubleshooting systems across all levels.

Alongside IT, I’ve also spent years working with audio and visual equipment — including amplifiers, speakers, DJ gear, and live event setups. This includes experience with brands like Pioneer DJ, as well as staging, sound systems, and live production environments.

That naturally extended into live streaming and content production, including podcast setups, livestreaming systems, and full audio/visual integration for both personal and business use.

Pure Systems represents the next stage of that journey — combining IT support, AV systems, and modern content solutions into one service.
