PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment for all custom computer builds via bank transfer.

Once payment has been made, please allow 2–3 business days for funds to clear (in some cases, payments may be instant depending on your bank). Once cleared, we will order all required parts for your custom build, and a tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available. Delivery from Melbourne to Geelong typically takes 2–3 business days. Once all parts have arrived, we will begin building your system, which is usually completed within 24 hours. Throughout the entire process, you will be kept fully informed every step of the way—from payment confirmation, to parts ordering, to tracking updates, and final delivery to our workshop. If there are any delays due to stock shortages or part availability, you will be notified immediately and we will discuss suitable alternatives, including any necessary upgrades or downgrades. Any price differences will be clearly outlined, and a revised invoice will be issued if required. You are always welcome to contact us via phone or email at any time for updates or questions, and no changes will be made without your approval.

 

LAPTOP & DESKTOP DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

We accept cash payments for all diagnostic services.

Payment is required upon pickup of your device.

You will receive a detailed diagnostic report, outlining:

  • The current condition of your system

  • Any faults identified

  • Recommended repairs or upgrades

 

UPGRADES & REPAIRS

We accept cash payments for all upgrade and repair services.

Before any work begins, you will receive a clear and detailed quote outlining all costs.

Payment is required prior to commencement of work.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Pure Systems offers delivery within a 30 km radius of the City of Greater Geelong for a flat fee between $20 and $40, depending on your exact location. To confirm whether your address falls within our delivery zone, please contact us directly on 0459 300 459 before placing your order. At this time, we do not offer postage services. Alternatively, customers are welcome to collect their purchases in person from our facility at Unit 1/15 Waulu Avenue, Clifton Springs VIC 3222. This approach ensures the safe handling of all electronic products and provides an opportunity for expert assistance during pickup if required.
